The Job:
Responsibilities
to include: operational support for the daily operation of the work area and
retail sections of a thrift shop, coverage for the Manager when he is away, occasional
operation of cash register, recording of approved/scheduled hours on time
sheet, attendance at meetings and events, adherence to all policies and
procedures while showing respect for all and demonstrating good customer
service.
The Candidate:
Will exhibit a
commitment to Christian discipleship and non-violent peacemaking, leadership,
team work, time management, accountability skills; must be bondable,
self-motivated, and be willing to communicate the Thrift Store philosophy and
vision. Experience in retail sales,
excellent interpersonal skills are required.
